1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all business transactions between M.V. DI MUSETTI NAIMA ("Seller") and the purchasing party ("Buyer"). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. B2B Sales Only

Our products and services are intended exclusively for business-to-business (B2B) transactions. All buyers must be registered businesses or authorized resellers. We reserve the right to verify business credentials before processing orders.

3. Minimum Order Quantity

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for all products is 20 pieces per product. Orders below the MOQ will not be processed. For mixed orders across multiple products, each individual product must meet the 20-piece minimum.

4. Pricing

All prices listed on our website are wholesale prices in Euros (EUR) and are subject to change without prior notice. All orders include free worldwide shipping. Prices do not include:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and fees
  • VAT/GST (where applicable)

Volume discounts may be available for large orders. Please contact us for a custom quote.

5. Orders & Payment

5.1 Order Placement

Orders can be placed via email or through our B2B inquiry form. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability confirmation by M.V. DI MUSETTI NAIMA.

5.2 Payment Terms

  • First-time buyers: 100% payment in advance via bank transfer (T/T)
  • Established partners: Net 30 payment terms may be available upon credit approval
  • Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer (T/T), PayPal Business, Letter of Credit (L/C)

5.3 Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after we have received payment (or payment guarantee) and sent a written order confirmation via email.

6. Product Quality

All products are made from 100% genuine Italian leather and undergo rigorous quality control before shipping. Minor variations in color, texture, and grain are natural characteristics of genuine leather and are not considered defects.

7. Intellectual Property

All product designs, images, descriptions, and branding materials on this website are the property of M.V. DI MUSETTI NAIMA. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

M.V. DI MUSETTI NAIMA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Genova, Italy.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
